Eastman Chemical–a global leader in advanced materials and specialty additives, sought a solution to improve workflow efficiency for its professional dealers and installers. Managing jobs, tracking cuts, and maintaining communication were critical pain points in the industry, leading to inefficiencies and a lack of visibility into ongoing projects. Proform was developed as a streamlined platform designed to centralize these tasks, providing real-time updates and seamless collaboration.
Professional installers and dealers faced fragmented and outdated processes when managing job orders and material usage. The absence of a centralized system resulted in delays, miscommunication, and unnecessary material waste. Eastman Chemical needed a digital solution that would: Standardize job tracking and cut management, reduce operational inefficiencies and miscommunication, provide a seamless, connected experience for dealers and installers
To address these challenges I designed and developed Proform, an intuitive platform that enhances job tracking, cut management, and team communication. My approach included: User Research & Insights: Conducted interviews with installers and dealers to understand pain points and workflow inefficiencies. Feature Definition & Prioritization: Held multiple workshops to identify critical functionalities, ensuring the platform was tailored to real-world needs. Experience & Interface Design: Created an intuitive, user-friendly dashboard that provides real-time job tracking, cut management tools, and communication features. Scalability & Integration: Designed the system to integrate seamlessly with existing tools and workflows, ensuring long-term usability and adaptability.
